In an interesting decision by the Judge in the George Floyd murder case, all four cops charged in the murder of Floyd will be tried together. This certainly makes it harder for defense attorneys to differentiate their clients from one another and easier for the Jury to simply lump them together and say they all did it. As importantly, the Defense attorneys were trying to get the case out of the Minneapolis but the court wasn’t having any of that. The other decision addressed the question of camera. Looks like we may all have a front row seat. So, prepare for the trial of the century which is scheduled to kick off in March.
