Police misconduct has taken across the planet and certainly within the United States forever. For many years, citizens would make claims and the police would deny and nothing would happen. One powerful tool that has impacted this is the cell phone. It simply makes things undeniable. However, officers and their supporters have continued to do so regardless. This will be an interesting debate.
